It’s that time of the year, when everyone starts to take a good look at their body and over all health. Spring is in the air!!! You can hear the birds earlier in the morning, the sun is up earlier and brighter. You see flowers blooming everywhere!!! There is a sense of rejuvenation in the air.
As we start to take a closer look at our diet and daily routine, let’s make notes of what needs to be added or deleted. For example:
Are you drinking enough water daily?
What type of water are you drinking?
How much caffeine are you consuming daily?
What are you doing to offset the acid in your body?
Are you still eating fried foods?
How much Vegetables and Fruits are you intaking daily?
Are you eating 4 small meals daily?
Are you doing any type of exercise weekly?
How often do you have bowel movements?
Are you getting at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep?
Are you taking time for you weekly? Daily???
The above questions should help you to start thinking of what changes you should do for the Spring. This is the perfect time to make changes for your life, not just to get you beach ready. It is amazing how your entire life will change as you honor your body with these simple changes on a daily bases. Now is the time to take control of your life and body.
