We did this challenge last April and it was a great sucess with everyone. I woke up this morning thing of how the world has changed. Mentally and Physically it has become a challenge daily for us to stay healthy. So, why not have fun while “trying” to get in shape? This Plank challenge was so much fun for everyone last year and it brought attention to our bodies. Here is what I would like to do:
–Do a plank daily for only one minute. Starting Today.
